How to make Banana Mango Smoothies.
My kids love smoothies and I love sneaking in a variety of fruits and vegetables into their diet. I also love smoothies myself. This recipe makes enough smoothies for myself, my husband, and the two kids. Sometimes I add a little protein powder to mine after I serve the kids.

- 3 bananas
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 cup of spinach (frozen)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 cups of ice
- Optional: Protein Powder. I used Vanilla Cupcake Protein Powder
