Anyhow, I made my own tracking sheet while we were in the condo and I was able to pass it on to the new owner which was helpful for him to get his home owners insurance setup (figuring out how much it would cost to rebuild if the place burnt down). For my new version, I also added a tracking box for the warrantee information. I've included a sample tracking sheet, as well as a blank tracking sheet for your use. Tracking Home Improvements
I used sheet protectors to add the tracking sheet, receipts, info on home improvements, and other helpful home information to my binder. These two below have the information the county sent me on trash pickup and recycling, as well as the list of phone numbers from our builder in case repairs are needed (new home is covered under warrantee).
I also used dividers (on the tracking sheet you'll see that I added what tab each item falls under) for each category, ie. kitchen, home exterior, etc.

For fun I also kept photos at the different stages of renovations. You've seen all the renovations on our current home via past posts, but here's a few renovations that I did on my condo, back when I owned it, so I figured that was nice to share seeing you can see long term progress.
Kitchen through four stages: Original, appliance upgrades, painted cabinets
and better staging, then final full kitchen upgrade with much better staging.
